CHILD PROTECTION

All Mini Code Breakers staff hold current DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request.

FILM/PHOTOGRAPHY

Mini Code Breakers may from time to time take photographs/film of any of Mini Code Breakers classes, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising Mini Code Breakers activities through our literature, website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc) press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Mini Code Breakers aware of this at the first class or in writing before the first class starts (where possible Mini Code Breakers will provide a consent form for parents/guardians for taking photographs and filming). If you change your mind you can ask for a photo to be removed anytime by contacting us.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Mini Code Breakers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Mini Code Breakers session. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.

HEALTH & SAFETY

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Mini Code Breakers staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for Mini Code Breakers staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

We need to know about any medical conditions of your child in case of an incidents whilst in our care. Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of enquiring in writing to Mini Code Breakers and (2) to a staff at the venue.

LEAVING AN SESSION

Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian using our ‘wave-off’ procedure. Each child will be released by Mini Code Breakers staff once the child acknowledges the parent or guardian. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any class will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the class.

BOOKINGS

Bookings for all activities must be made in advance. By booking a place for your child on any session with Mini Code Breakers you accept these Terms and Conditions apply. Mini Code Breakers offers an online booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Mini Code Breakers you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Re-booking reminder emails will be sent once the half term is completed. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

A place in one of our classes must be paid for in advance of the half-term (or in multiple payments if deemed necessary by Mini Code Breakers).

PAYMENT

Mini Code Breakers accepts payment by bank transfer (BACS) to our company account. Payment must be received prior to confirmation of your child's place being secured.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the staff at the class. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please email us.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if Mini Code Breakers is proven to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

INFORMATION

The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Mini Code Breakers Liverpool Ltd.

By booking an class with Mini Code Breakers Liverpool Ltd you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.

If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
