If you have a Mini Code Breakers parent account (in our app or on this website) and would like your account and associated data deleted, you can request this here.
Once we process your request, we will permanently delete:
• Your parent account details (name, email address, phone number, postcode)
• Any child/learner profiles linked to your account
• Progress, lesson and activity data associated with those profiles
We may retain a limited set of records where we are required or entitled to do so, for example invoices, payment records or booking history needed for accounting, tax or legal purposes. Any data retained for these reasons will not be used for any other purpose.
Email us at minicodebreakers@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include your name and, if known, the name(s) of any linked child profiles so we can locate your account.
We will confirm receipt of your request and aim to complete the deletion within 30 days.
